Master plan and architecture for a cottage neighborhood on the slopes of Sochi — 17 houses with sea views.
The complex topography of the site determined the placement of the houses and the structure of the project, while also providing the main advantage — an open view of the sea and mountains. Had the terrain been flat, the space would have been enclosed by fence heights, but here the horizon opens up, offering a sense of space and freedom.
Each house has its own unique character and design, while maintaining a unified architectural language — living facing the view, with terraces that extend the interior space and merge with the horizon line, creating a single harmonious and complete space.
